My dear dear friends!!!

I'm so sorry that I haven't posted in.. well... a year.
I've been so busy with school, and my personal life. 2009 has been great for me.. I'm still studying psychobiology, doing my 2nd year again.. I am happy with my boyfriend Jeroen (yeah he's new since last time ;-) ) and I've done some great things this year with my friends and family.

I'll try to keep you updated some more.. but I'm afraid that this is it for now ;-) I'll have to go to bed early today, because I am pretty busy with school this week..;-)

2 weeks ago it was finally time for the first European YFE Family Reunion weekend..

and it was awesome <3<3<3<3<3<3<3 I won't bore you with all the details.. but I put up my pics on my myspace.. and we just had a blast! All these people... from allover Europe.. (UK, France, Germany, Poland, Belgium, Netherlands) and Canada!! A weekend to never forget and to repeat in the future for sure =D

And had a fun weekend again!! Friday we went to celebrate that all our midterms/finals were over, basically a big blog reunion at some point..lol. Saturday I hung out with Merlijn in the Gall&Gall *liquor-store* where she works and got discount..whoehoe.. later that evening Teuntje decided she was bored and came from Den Haag to my place.. and had a blast with more of my flatmates..

today: first day of college again...first day of my *again* 1st year course.. and tomorrow the one from year 2 starts..

and then of course watch 3 weeks worth of Gossip Girl & Secret Diary of a Call Girl with Miekje! <3

And I'm back in Amsterdam again!!

Well, not at the moment, back with my parents for the weekend, but I had my first week of Uni again and it's been great!! Miracle: starting the 2nd year of Psychobiology!!
Some of my friends are doing the first year again (I always thought I had to do that as well, but no, surprise) so that kinda sucks, but at least we still see each other :)
Also in my studentflat I've had a blast this week! Hung out with people there every night this week, stayed there late, had not nearly enough sleep but I don't care.. it's been too funny =P

And btw.. Lowlands has been awesome <3

And my fav Polish girl AGNES moved to Amsterdam about a month ago, for a year :) So it's been so great to have her around! LOVE YOU!!!!

That's it for now ;-) This lousy updater is very bad at giving recaps or interesting life-stories.. updating more often really should be better to keep you all updated =P Now I forget and skip just tons..

I can't believe this is already my last day here...


Those 12 days went by so incredibly fast... and I've had such an amazing time. I'll try to give more details later.. and some pictures.. but it was amazing.. from a waterfight, to a birthday party / YFE Party, to the hard rock with Jeff and Sef, going to Musique Plus cause YFE is now there on the wall of fame, band practice, my first guitar lesson, doing some videos and working on a studio diary..

Yesterday there was a big breakfast.. a 'Nina we don't want you to leave' breakfast.. and last night after Isabel and I got back from the Studio Diary around 2am this place was packed and a little surprise party for me.

Damn.. I love those people.. so much..

This place feels like home to me.

It was my plan to go to bed early, cause I have to be up and running at 8AM to have breakfast with Jeff.. but before I go to bed I wanted to show you at least some pics of the day that I have spend here ;-)

One thing that made my day: Sophie has tons of pics from the guys pre-beards/long hair XD Imagine this.. Sef with short hair and no beard, Ben with a buzzcut, Jeff without his facial hair thingy and Alex with messy hair... hihihihi

And today I lost my sushi-virginity..lol. Went to get some sushi with Isabel, ate it while sitting by the St Laurent/St Lawrence river.. for a first time I did pretty good =P

I finally have vacation!!!

Last exams today.. lots of free time inbetween, so Clair, Guus, Inze and me were just sitting/laying/semi-chilling in the grass, lol.

But finally... no more school for a few weeks... phew.


Wednesday Clair and I decided to skip studying and just relax for a day.. so in the morning I went to my place with my parents to drop off some stuff and get some of my stuff I'd need for my trip.. and soon after that I met up with Clair and we had a great day!! Walked around in Amsterdam and found our way to the Vondelpark where we hung out and talked for a few hours.. and afterwards ate at cheap Italian restaurant and laughed our asses off and goofed around.
For the Dutchies, here's the quote of the day :P

In 24 hours I'll be on the pretty pretty plane that is going to bring me to Montreal, Canada!!!

I'm so excited.. I can't wait to see those guys again..

And I passed the extra exam for course 1001 (cellbiology&biochemics).. 10 ECs extra! And I probably passed 1004 (Anatomy&Fysiology of Animals) as well.. just have to hear back.. so that would mean that I have 34 EC's.. just 6 more to go so I can go to the 2nd year of Psychobiology! WhoehoeeI can score 10 more points with 2 midterms next week.. and 6 more with Statistics (anxious to get that back).. and 10 more with another course that I pretty much screwed up.. but yay! I passed something ..WOOT
